Group training is motivating, but it gives everyone the same dose. Performance and injury history call for a dose that's tailored to the individual.
Group classes are energetic and motivating for strength and conditioning work, but an athlete's past injuries and current capacity can go unnoticed in a group format.
With everyone moving through the same weight and the same rep count, an athlete with a past shoulder surgery or a knee issue can end up performing that movement under unsafe conditions.
Every rep is observed, technique is corrected in the moment, and load is adjusted to how the person has recovered that day. That means both faster progress and lower injury risk.
Once basic movement patterns are learned and a safe loading range is established, the athlete can join group training with more confidence.
Fzt. Bilal Kara builds one-to-one strength programmes in Bursa Nilüfer that account for an athlete's past injuries and current capacity. You can book an appointment.
