About
Bilal Kara is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Karabük University. With clinical placements and volunteer work that began during his degree, he now has around six years of clinical experience.
Since 2021 he has been seeing clients at his own clinic, offering personalised assessment and rehabilitation within the Private Health Professional Services Unit in Bursa.
His areas of work are orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Lumbar and cervical disc herniation, shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, rehabilitation after meniscus and ACL surgery, knee and hip osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain syndrome, tennis and golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis are among the presentations he treats most often.
Because every client's lifestyle, physical capacity and health history is different, he builds personalised assessment and rehabilitation programmes rather than applying standard protocols. The goal is not to reduce pain temporarily, but to identify its source, improve movement quality, restore lost function and lower the risk of it recurring.
The first assessment session is detailed and systematic: patient history is taken, daily habits and complaints are reviewed, posture and movement are analysed, joint range of motion is measured, and muscle strength and length are tested. Specific neurological and orthopaedic tests are applied where needed, and any MRI or X-ray results are reviewed together.
Throughout treatment, manual therapy, exercise therapy and other evidence-based physiotherapy methods are combined as appropriate. The aim is for clients to return confidently to their daily life, work and sporting activity.

From assessment to function, under one roof
Rehabilitation has two stages: bringing pain under control and rebuilding the strength that was lost. Our clinic is equipped for both — assessment and manual therapy take place in the treatment rooms, while strength and functional work is carried out one-to-one in the clinic's own exercise gym.
