Before your first session
- Bring any MRI, X-ray or surgical reports you have — they speed up the assessment.
- Wear comfortable sportswear and trainers; the area being worked on needs to be visible.
- The first session is given to assessment and usually runs longer than the others.

In the centre of Nilüfer, easy to reach
The clinic is opposite the Fethiye covered market, close to the main roads. There is short-term parking nearby, and for those coming by public transport the Kelebek Sk. stop is within walking distance. If you have trouble finding the door on your first visit, just call during clinic hours.
